At Hightower, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
